Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class
Get ready to embark on a journey of discovery and empowerment as we explore evidence-based care, create your dream support team and dive into all things pregnancy, labour and postpartum. This course is our primary course and is structured as a hybrid format consisting of self-paced online video content and four virtual meetings in a group setting. During our time together we will discuss evidence-based pregnancy and birth topics and how you can make informed choices. You also have the option of adding on private sessions at any time for sensitive matters or dive deeper into any specific topics. Whether you’re expecting for the first time or have been through childbirth before everyone is welcome to join this transformative journey!
